We Are Hiring: Remote Lead Generation Specialist (Nearshore)
Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (We prefer candidates from nearby countries)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
Salary: $1,100 – $1,300 per month
Join our growing company based in the United States and help us find new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients for IT services contracts. In this job, you will be making calls, sending emails, using social media, and networking to connect with the right people who make business decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make Cold Calls and Reach Out to Potential Clients: You will call businesses to introduce our services and find new leads.
- Build Relationships with Potential Clients: After making contact, you will stay in touch and create strong connections with people who may need our services.
- Find and Qualify New Opportunities: You will help discover businesses that might need IT services and determine if they are a good fit for our company.
- Track Your Progress: You will keep detailed records of your work and try to meet sales goals each month.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: You need 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Skills: You should be good at cold calling and turning calls into sales.
- Computer Skills: You should be familiar with Microsoft Office. Knowledge about IT services is a bonus.
- Ability to Set Up Meetings: You must be able to secure meetings with the right decision-makers in businesses.
