We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the education industry. The right person will be friendly, organized, and ready to help students, parents, and others with their questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages about our programs and services

Give clear information about admissions, policies, and educational offerings

Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers

Requirements:

High school diploma (a degree in education, business, or similar is a plus)

Strong speaking and writing skills

Good at solving problems and staying calm under pressure
