Position Overview:
At PNC, we prioritize delivering the best experience for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide routine support to PNC customers who contact the Customer Care Center. This includes helping with questions about products, online directions, and account inquiries. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. This is a remote role, and you will work from a quiet, confidential space in your home, as long as your internet connection meets the necessary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions about PNC products, services, and account issues.
Resolve customer inquiries, recommend solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following PNC’s core values.
Document customer interactions and complete service requests efficiently.
Work according to company policies to handle data securely and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
No formal degree required, but related experience in customer service is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
Strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and attention to detail.
A dedicated, confidential workspace and high-speed internet with a wired connection.
Preferred Skills:
Customer service experience, decision-making abilities, and the ability to build relationships.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Pay and Benefits:
Base Salary: $39,940.00 – $55,200.00 (may vary by location and experience).
