Position Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Nymbus, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s quality assurance program. Reporting to the VP of Fraud and Digital Operations, you will work on evaluating processes and transactions to ensure they meet established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, offer feedback, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality assurance evaluations on transactions and customer interactions (phone, email, chat) using statistically valid methods.
Monitor call center operations, back-office processes, and lending services to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
Evaluate loan processing, booking, servicing, and other managed services to identify improvement opportunities.
Present evaluation results to teams and leadership, offering actionable feedback for process enhancements.
Develop detailed reports with trends, insights, and recommendations for improving quality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality reviews, findings, and corrective actions.
Work cross-functionally to develop and refine quality metrics that align with organizational goals.
Partner with teams to improve policies and procedures to reduce risk and improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or risk management within financial services, fintech, banking, or credit unions.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and across teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in quality assurance tools, reporting systems, and data analysis platforms is a plus.
Work Hours:
Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually.
Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options based on experience and role level.
