About the Role:
We are urgently hiring multiple Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing, customer-first team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience across all communication channels.
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, ideal for driven professionals who excel in fast-paced virtual environments.
What You’ll Do:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Maintain expert-level knowledge of company products and services
Accurately document customer interactions using internal tools (CRM/helpdesk)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend process improvements
Meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction score)
Who You Are:
2+ years of customer service experience (remote experience preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM platforms, helpdesk tools, and virtual communication software
Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
