Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, while exceeding customer expectations and promoting a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
– Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
– Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
– Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
– Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex customer issues
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
– 18 years old and above
