We are expanding quickly and have an amazing team of recruiters, sourcers, and technologists all over the world. We work with clients like Wolt, Cargo One, i2x, Leapsome, Solarisbank, and About You to help them build strong internal talent acquisition teams and find the best talent to scale their businesses.
As a Talent Sourcer, Your Role Will Include:
- Sourcing candidates using different platforms and methods.
- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define the best candidate profiles.
- Reaching out to and engaging with various types of candidates.
- Acting as the main contact for incoming candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating the steps of the recruitment process.
- Tracking and reporting conversion rates.
- Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Engaging with potential candidates on professional networks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, such as recruiting on professional platforms and using Boolean search strings.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical decision-making skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher).
