The Role:
We are seeking dynamic and empathetic individuals to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will ensure that schools effectively adopt and continue to use Hazel’s services. You’ll work closely with the Account Management and Implementation teams to create a strong support system for schools.
Location: You must be based in Florida. This role is primarily remote but requires up to 80% travel within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build strong connections with school partners and their communities.
- Meet regularly (both virtually and in-person) with school health teams to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Attend and facilitate various school and community events.
- Identify and resolve complex customer issues proactively.
- Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates on account health, including usage metrics and satisfaction levels.
- Advocate for customer needs within Hazel.
- Accurately log customer interactions and important data in our CRM system to inform strategic planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Success Experience: You have experience in relationship management within education or healthcare, and bonus points if you’ve worked in schools.
- Relationship-Driven: You’re known for your people skills and have a strong reputation for being approachable and easy to work with.
- Mission-Alignment: You are passionate about providing equitable healthcare access and understand diverse student and family needs.
- Dynamic Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to tailor your message to different audiences effectively.
- Initiative: You’re a self-starter who follows through on commitments and is willing to dive into the work.
- Eagerness to Learn: You love learning and growing, both personally and professionally. You adapt quickly to changing demands and are open to feedback.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Prior customer success experience, ideally in K-12 education or healthcare.
- Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
- Must meet fingerprinting requirements for working on school campuses.
- Ability to travel about 80% of the time.
- Must reside in Missouri or Illinois (preferably in St. Louis or the Chicagoland area).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in start-up or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with Gainsight software.
- Existing relationships within Missouri or Illinois schools.
Compensation:
The total on-target compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000. This includes a base salary and performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and other perks. Check out our full benefits package at Hazel Health Benefits.
Work Environment:
Hazel Health values remote work and has embraced flexibility across the United States. While some positions may require proximity to our offices in San Francisco or Dallas, this role can be performed remotely from various states.
