Perform data entry tasks, including 10 key typing for accurate record-keeping.
Conduct basic math calculations to verify loan amounts and interest rates.
Collaborate with loan officers to facilitate smooth communication between clients and the bank.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all loan processing activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries related to loans and financial services.
Requirements
Previous experience in loan origination or as a loan officer is preferred.
Familiarity with financial software applications used in banking is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in basic math skills; ability to perform calculations accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of banking operations and financial services is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
