Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency in writing and composing emails
  • Leadership experience and people management skills
  • Experience in time and motion analysis
  • Strong sense of opportunity, urgency, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Preferred University Degree in a field related to the company’s business
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Knowledge of WMS S2L/SCE 11
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in dashboard development
  • QDM apprentice or Yellow Belt certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor Action Plans
  • Report on performance indicators and tracking reports to supervision, management, clients, and regional offices
  • Meet with internal and external clients to present scenarios and results
  • Manage, develop, and analyze KPIs, map processes, standardize, implement operational improvements, and create action plans for addressing non-conformities or process failures
  • Monitor the entire supply chain of the client
  • Monitor the development, completion, and effectiveness of action plans
  • Support Field Service and customers with systemic issues related to assets and field service calls
