We are hiring a driven Sales Representative to handle inbound/outbound leads, take intro calls, set appointments, and close deals. This role combines appointment setting with full-cycle sales, so confidence and strong persuasion skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Take intro calls with prospects, qualify leads, and present solutions
Set appointments and manage follow-ups
Close sales and consistently hit monthly targets
Handle inbound/outbound calls and messages
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements:
2+ years of proven sales/closing experience (B2C preferred)
Excellent English communication (American accent is a plus)
Available Monday–Saturday, 9 hours/day, US time zone
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM
Self-motivated, results-driven, and persuasive
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + high commissions per sale
