REMOTE COLD CALLING AGENT
Position: Cold Calling Agent (Remote)
Compensation: Commission-Based Only (No Basic)
Location: Work From Home (South Africa)

We’re looking for a mature and experienced Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. If you thrive on connection, enjoy booking appointments, and can handle rejection with grace, this could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Calling potential property owners to introduce our services
· Booking appointments with motivated sellers and landlords
· Answering questions confidently and persuasively
· Tracking and following up with leads to build solid pipelines
· Updating our CRM system with accurate call notes
· Managing your own time and hitting agreed weekly targets
What You’ll Need:
· Fluent English (written and spoken); additional South African languages a plus
· 1–2 years’ experience in cold calling or appointment setting
· Confidence, consistency, and resilience under pressure
· A reliable laptop, camera, and stable high-speed internet
· Real estate or home improvement background is a bonus, but not essential
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday (flexible hours within standard workdays)
