Job Description:
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, and offer negotiation.
2. Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
3. Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, Improving and advising on current recruitment ‘best practice’.
4. Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently
5. Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
6. Helping candidates at all stages of interviews and scale.
Requirements:
1. Aged 40 or under, Chinese or English reading, and writing is a plus.
2. At least 2 years’ experience cross-border recruitment.
3. Familiar with the talent market and recruitment in the manufacturing, social media, medical, and other industries in Southeast Asia/Europe/other regions.
4. Strong ability to understand positions and quickly search for target candidates, with multiple recruitment channels in other regions besides LinkedIn
5. Rich end-to-end candidate recruitment experience, with good negotiation and communication skills
6. Can devote at least 4 hours of recruitment search every day, with a personal computer and stable network
7. Currently working from home/remote working is best. If not, ensure that there are 3-4 hours to communicate with us.
